2. Use of Our Website- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.  - You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to hack it, or interfere with its functionality.  - All content, branding, images, and product designs remain the intellectual property of P1 
Products Ltd.
3. Product Information

- We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.  
- As many products are handmade or custom‑fabricated, slight variations may occur.  
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct fitment before ordering. If unsure, con
tact us.
4. Orders & Payments
 - Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed.  
 - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.  
 - Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.  
 - Payment is handled securely through our chosen payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
 - Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.  
 - We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our 
control.  
 - Risk passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the address provided. 
6. Returns & Refunds
 We follow UK Consumer Rights Law.
  6.1 Standard Products
  - Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.  
  - Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense un
less faulty.  
  - Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved.
  6.2 Custom or Made‑to‑Order Items
  - Custom‑fabricated products, personalised items, or bespoke engineering work cannot be 
returned or refunded, unless faulty.  
  - This includes any product built to customer specifications.
  6.3 Faulty or Damaged Items
  - If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.  
  - We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation. 
7. Warranty
 - Unless stated otherwise, products come with a 12‑month warranty covering manufacturing 
defects only.  
 - Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, racing damage, or normal wear 
and tear.
 8. Liability
 - P1 Products Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  
 - Motorsport and performance products are used at the customer’s own risk.  
 - Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed safely and correctly.
9. Intellectual Property
 - All designs, logos, branding, product concepts, and website content belong to 
 P1 Products Ltd.  
 - You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
 10. Privacy
 - We only collect data necessary to process orders and improve our services.  
 - We do not sell customer data.

 11. Changes to These Terms
 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website 
 means you accept the updated terms.

 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
